Orders & Deliveries
1. How many products can I order?
You can place order for any number of items. But to avoid fraudulent use of our services, we have set quantity limits for each item for a single order.
2. What is the cut-off time to change my order?
2 hours before your delivery slot.
3. Can I change my order after cut-off time?
NO, since your order will be packed you cannot deduct any ordered item after cut off time. Yes you can add item/s only; that can be delivered if available.
4. How can I know if my order is successfully placed?
After selecting ‘CHECKOUT’ your order is automatically received at our end and you will be notified by a confirmation mail sent to your email id registered with us.
The mail/message will contain your unique Order ID and complete list of the items you have ordered from us with other necessary details.
5.How can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel your order after placing the same, you can contact our customer care 0135-252-252-0 OR send an E.Mail stating the same at least one day prior to the date of delivery.

7. What are the Timings for delivery?
You are required to choose the date & time slot convenient to you for your delivery while placing the order.

We will reschedule the delivery with the same delivery charge once again and let you know the timings.
9. How do you pack?
We pack our products in permitted recyclable plastics bags, Net bags, Paper bags, shrink wraps and carton or plastic boxes as per the product.

We deliver with our own Two wheelers & hired three wheelers through our employed delivery boys who take utmost care of your package while delivering.
Charges for Door Delivery
1- What is the minimum value for free delivery
There is NO Minimum Order Value for free delivery. We take a bare minimum actual cost as DELIVERY CHARGES that varies between Rs 20/-(min) to Rs 70/-(max) in DEHRADUN.
However our loyal customers gets full refund of Delivery charges paid during a month if their total orders value reaches a particular value during our promotional offers for the month.
Cancellations & Returns/ Refunds
1. How to return an item I am unsatisfied with?
We work hard to ensure only the finest quality products reach you. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return it immediately at the time of receipt of delivery to avail a full replacement/refund. We insist that you check all ordered items at the time of delivery.
2- When and How will the amount be refunded in case of full cancellation OR partial return/rejection.
The excess paid amount OR the Balance amount will be immediately refunded in cash OR will be transferred to your E.wallet /Bank. There will be no refund of Delivery charges in any case.
3- Can I cancel a part of my order?
Yes, At least 2 hours before your delivery slot.
4- Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can send an E.Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org OR get it noted at our customer care 0135-252-252-0 at least 2 hours before your delivery slot.
Payments & Refunds
1. How can I make the Payment?
We are accepting payments through CASH (COD), PAYTM (E.Wallet), DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (DBT), CHEQUE & UPI (tvs@psb).
2. What about the taxes?
Taxes are included in the price. There is no hidden cost.
