DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Vegpur delivery at your doorstep service is available in selected areas of Uttarakhand/ Haryana/ Uttar Pradesh. Please call our helpline number 0135 252 252 0 before placing your valued order for more clarification.
Vegpur orders are usually delivered strictly as per the customer requirement. Customers are requested to please specify the intended delivery date with delivery time (between 6 AM to 9 PM) Vegpur takes a flexibility of approximately 2-3 hours in delivery time mentioned by the customer.
Vegpur is delivering perishable products to consumers as per their requirement. A large number of its products are non standard and are dependent on the harvesting and cultivating conditions. A presumed mindset about a particular product doesn’t match with actual received except a major one “THE FRESHNESS”. Hence in spite of all efforts towards matching customer’s expectations, we are unable to offer “NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND & RETURN POLICY” as of now.
We have a “LIMITED RETURN & REFUND POLICY” which entitles all our customers to return the ordered product only at the time of delivery with below mentioned reasons
• Freshness of the produce.
• Non Ordered / Wrong item delivered
• Rotten Produce/ Smell / Odour / Bad taste.
• Major Cuts / Spots on the produce.
Exclusions: NO RETURN OR REFUND IS PERMISSIBLE ON THE BASIS OF
• Due to a change in mind or any other reason.
• Colour, Size, Shape, Variety, Taste, Appearance, Packaging unless specified.
• Over/under Quantity/Weight- with in 20% prescribed limit of an individual item order.
• Delivery Time- with in 3hours over the intended specified timings.
• Fresh Minor cuts / Bruises / Marks appeared due to transportation/handling.
• Partial / Incomplete Order.
• External Bodies like dust, husk etc.
If customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product (other than exclusions) we will take the returned product back immediately with us and make the necessary adjustments to order value. However, there will be no adjustment of any sort in delivery charges in any case.
A Customer can cancel his order placed on Vegpur. Cancellation can be made on the portal or via helpline number 0135 252 252 0 mentioning the order number at least one day prior to the date of delivery OR within one hour of placing the order (if order date is same of delivery date).
Any amendment in the placed order quantity or Time slot; will be entertained at least three hours before the intended time of delivery. you need to call us on helpline number 0135 252 252 0 for any type of amendment.
Please Note: If we suspect any fraudulent intentions OR transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
